Sail the Med the Virgin Way T&C's

Book any Virgin Voyage Med package through Voyage Store from 02 August – 31 August 2021 and you will be entered into a prize draw to be in with the chance of winning a Virgin Voyage Med sailing for yourself and a fellow Sailor. Every booking made will be entered into the prize draw, the more bookings you make the more chance you have of winning!

This incentive is open to all operators who book a Virgin Voyages Med package with Voyage Store from 02 August – 31 August 2021

This incentive is open from 02 August – 31 August 2021. Voyage Store bookings made before or after this incentive period will not qualify.

No alternative prize will be offered.

Bookings made on all Virgin Voyage Med packages in any cabin/suite during the incentive period will qualify.

Bookings made but then cancelled with not qualify

The winner will be notified within 15 working days from when the incentive period has ended

The prize winner and their fellow Sailor must be FULLY vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to Sailing on any Virgin Voyage with a minimum of two clear weeks after the second vaccination and have proof of vaccination status

The prize is based on 2 adults sharing ONE cabin. Sailors must be over 21 at the time of travel

The prize winner will be solely responsible for any and all air and ground transportation required to travel to the airport of departure and return including but not limited to tolls, insurance, taxes, port fees and other expenses associated with the acceptance and use of this prize.

The prize winner will be solely responsible for discretionary spend on their onboard folio including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, mini-bar, laundry service, telephone, internet, movies, beauty & spa treatments, travel upgrades, excursions and any other expenses associated with the acceptance and use of this prize.

The winner can choose any Virgin Voyages Med sailing as their prize *sailing only, no pre & post stays or transfers are included within this prize.

The prize winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined at the Virgin Voyages’ sole discretion, upon check-in.

All discretionary expenditures on the vessel, as well as upgrades and any other expenses charged to the Winner’s room, will be charged to that major valid credit card. Each prize winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary.

The winner and their guest must possess a valid government-issued passport and any required visas at the time of travel.

Virgin Voyages are not responsible for lost or stolen baggage.

The winner and their guest are each solely responsible for obtaining his/ her own travel, medical and life insurance and the associated costs.

If either the winner or his/her guest becomes ill or infirm to such a degree that he or she cannot embark on the vessel, Voyage Store shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of the liability for fulfilment of the prize award or any part thereof.

Compliance with any health or government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner.

Voyage Store retain the right to withdraw the incentive at any time
