UK Free Balcony Upgrade Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “UK Free Balcony Upgrade” Offer. Qualified bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade from a “Sea View” to a “The Sea Terrace” cabin.

• Bookings on Eligible Voyages (see Section 2) will receive a complimentary balcony upgrade, shown as the same price between the Sea View and Sea Terrace cabins.
• Pricing & this Free Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer is subject to change and availability.

This offer will be marketed as a “UK Free Balcony Upgrade”.

2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those booking a Sea Terrace cabin purchased between 12:01 a.m. GMT on 28 March 2025 through 11:59 p.m. GMT on 29 May 2025, booked in GBP currency. All other currencies are excluded from this offer. 

2.1. Eligible voyage dates.

Eligible voyages are those non-charter, open, revenue voyages dates below:

3. Restrictions/Exclusions.

The Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins. Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: for Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, and Resilient Lady: The Sea View to Sea Terrace. Sailors are to make an Eligible Booking directly into a Sea Terrace cabin.

3.2. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits. The UK Free Balcony Upgrade is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits: ● April/May Offer ● My Next Virgin Voyage

The UK Free Balcony Upgrade is not combinable with any other previous offers, promotions, discounts, or credits.
