Air Credit for Valiant Med 2022 season

Agents making a new fly cruise booking on Valiant Lady Mediterranean sailings departing from July to October 2022 and booked from 19 July 2022 until stocks are exhausted, shall be eligible to receive Air Credit of £250pp for their flights from the UK, up to a maximum of two passengers per ship cabin. Offer is subject to availability on selected itineraries, sail dates and airfare availability.

Further Air Credit terms and conditions:

• Air Credit offer applies to Valiant Lady Mediterranean July - October 2022 sailings only.
• Air Credit offer applies to new bookings only, and cannot be used retrospectively on existing bookings.
• Air Credit is £250pp, to a maximum of two passengers per ship cabin. Flight cost beyond £250pp will be chargeable. If flight cost is below £250pp, no refund or credit will be due.
• Air Credit offers applies to selected return flights from the United Kingdom to Barcelona.
• Upgrades beyond Economy will be chargeable.
• Any voluntary amendment to a flight booked under the offer, made after booking will be chargeable (fare differential + change fee). Free changes will not be permitted.
• Any amendments to travel itineraries made via the airline that affect the other components on the booking may require an additional charge be paid or require an amendment of supplier(s) or itinerary. Any additional costs associated with these amendments will be notified to the Agent before the amendment is made and must be paid for by the Agent. Voyage Store will not be liable for any additional costs.
• Self-servicing of the eligible flight booking may not available.
• Any additional travel expenses (e.g. excess baggage, accommodation, transfers, fuel, meals or parking) are not included, and will be at the Sailor’s expense.
• Voyage Store shall pay up to a maximum of £250pp towards the total cost (airfare, flight taxes, airport and any other charges including where applicable any standard personal baggage allowances) for each eligible flight booked for the first two passengers per ship cabin.
• Airline booking and travel terms and conditions, and baggage allowances apply to all bookings.
• Air Credit pricing shall be correct at and during time of publication and shall be subject to availability.
• Offer publication shall be withdrawn when stocks are exhausted.
• Air Credit is only included once the booking is confirmed, quotes do not guarantee Air Credit until confirmed by Voyage Store.
• Air Credit is limited in number based on anticipated demand, and are subject to availability.
• No additional discounted airfares will be advertised or available once the applicable airfare seats are sold out.
• Air Credit is non-commissionable. Any additional flight cost beyond £250pp for the first two passengers, or additional passengers, will be commissionable at 10%
