August promotion terms and conditions
Get up to £800 discount off the voyage fare on select sailings + FREE Bar Tab Terms and Conditions
Qualified bookings will get a flat monetary discount off their voyage fare. This discount is per cabin, not per Sailor. The intent is to at least partially offset one’s airfare.
Qualified bookings will also receive a free “Bar Tab,” up to the value of $900 per cabin
£800 flat amount off Voyage Fare per cabin when two or more Sailors are traveling on voyages departing in the 2023 Mediterranean season (that is, on a Mediterranean itinerary),
£400 flat amount off Voyage Fare for other itinerary sailings sailing from August to December 2023
£300 flat amount off Voyage Fare for other itinerary sailings sailing from January 2024 to April 2024
Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time
Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible voyage date between 12:01am on 1 August 2023 through to 11:59pm on 23 August 2023.
Eligible voyage dates are those voyages departing from 1 August 2023 to 30 April 2024 inclusive.
Note that voyages in the Mediterranean 2023 season voyage dates are below (inclusive)

We list here scheduled windows of eligible voyage dates by ship, that is, the windows of voyages departing before 30 April 2024 by ship (inclusive)

- Valiant Lady: 29 October 2023 to 26 April 2024
- Resilient Lady: 27 March 2024 to 25 April 2024
- Brilliant Lady: 24 December 2023 to 13 April 2024
Restrictions/Exclusions. The August 2023 Credit Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions
Eligible Cabins: Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, Social Insider, and Lock It In Rate Insider cabins are eligible for the July 2023 Credit Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins include the following: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace
Charter voyages are excluded from this July 2023 Credit Offer.

- First Mate Rates
- Virgin Red Points Offer
- Internal reduced rate programs
- Giveaway, Promotional, Reduced Rate, or Free Access Keys
- Any other previous offers
Should a Sailor change their voyage date to an ineligible voyage date, the August 2023 Credit Offer discount and promotional Bar Tab will be removed, and the discount will be voided and due.
This program will necessarily involve sharing some personal data among cabin mates, to include name and in the case of refunds verification of the last four numbers of the credit card to receive the refund.

The Solo Sailor 2023 Offer
If a Sailor is travelling solo in an eligible double occupancy cabin, then the Voyage Fare price will be reduced by 50% for the cabin total. Said another way: no single supplement charge on Voyage Fare will be applied for one (1) Sailor traveling in a double occupancy cabin.
This offer is eligible for bookings purchased between 12:01 a.m on 1 August 2023 through11:59 p.m on 31 August 2023 for Eligible Cabins on an Eligible Voyage.
Eligible Cabins: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category are eligible for the “The Solo Sailor Offer”. The Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins include the following: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace.
Eligible Voyages include sailings departing from ports in the Mediterranean during the 2023 season. Those voyages dates are (inclusive):
- Resilient Lady: 06 August 2023 to 15 October 2023
- Valiant Lady: 06 August 2023 to 22 October 2023
Excluded Voyages: Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded.
Commission Implications. The commissionable voyage fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in Virgin Voyages branding voice) will be on the reduced voyage fare, after the Solo Sailor discount is applied.
