Share a picture of your store window filled with Virgin Voyages promotional materials by emailing them into us at: marketing@trade-voyagestore.com or alternatively, commenting on our pinned post here and a panel from Virgin Voyages and Voyage Store will select five entries and grant the winners a £1,000 marketing investment from Voyage Store.

  • This incentive is open to all Travel Agents who have an active account with Voyage Store and a retail footprint
  • This incentive only applies to submissions made between 6 April 2022 - 4 May 2022
  • The £1000 marketing investment must be used to further promote Virgin Voyages
  • Winners will be required to submit a marketing plan detailing how they will utilise the £1,000 to promote Virgin Voyages
  • The marketing plan must be approved by Voyage Store and Virgin Voyages prior to execution
  • The £1,000 fund will be paid to the winners once the plan has been executed. The winners will simply need to submit an invoice to Aviate Management (trading as Voyage Store) for payment on completion of the campaign
  • The winners will be selected within 15 working days following 4 May 2022
  • Voyage Store retain the rights to amend/provide feedback on the marketing plan submitted
  • Voyage Store/Virgin Voyages retains the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or notification
  • Voyage Store/Virgin Voyages retains the right to remove this campaign from market without prior notice, notification or explanation
