  • This incentive is only applicable to Hays Travel and will not be extended out to any other agency or operator. This incentive is not to be shared outside of Hays Travel.
  • Exclusively for new bookings only made between the above dates – the incentive will not be backdated to include bookings made before the launch of the incentive.
  • Amazon vouchers will be distributed to each brand as digital rewards codes with reference to original bookings reference number.

There is also an incentive available at Divisional and Regional Levels running from 4 May 2021 to 31 May 2021:

  • Divisional Incentive – Bonus £250 Amazon Voucher for top performing Hays Travel division during the incentive period.
  • Regional Incentive – Bonus £250 Amazon voucher for top performing Hays Travel region per division (minimum 5 bookings to qualify).

 

  • These digital rewards codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
  • Voyage Store will distribute the digital rewards codes to the branch within 10 working days of the close of the incentive.
  • Distribution of digital rewards codes is the sole responsibility of each participating branch of Hays Travel and solely at their discretion.
  • All qualifying bookings will be audited by Virgin Voyages/Voyage Store prior to digital reward code distribution.
  • Bookings made and then subsequently cancelled will not qualify.
  • Virgin Voyages/Voyage Store retain the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or notification.
  • Virgin Voyages/Voyage Store retain the right to withdraw this incentive at any time without prior notice or notification.
