UK Free Balcony Upgrade Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “UK Free Balcony Upgrade” Offer. Qualified bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade from a “Sea View” to a “The Sea Terrace” cabin.

Bookings on Eligible Voyages (see Section 2) will receive a complimentary balcony upgrade. This will be operationalized as the Sea View and Sea Terrace cabins being priced the same. Sailors, or UK First Mates, are required to make an Eligible Booking directly into The Sea Terrace cabin to receive this offer.

Pricing & this Free Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer is subject to change and availability.

2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those booking a Sea Terrace cabin purchased between 12:01 a.m. local UK  time on 29 May 2026 through 11:59 p.m. UK time on 31 July 2026, booked in GBP currency. All other currencies are excluded from this offer.

2.1. Eligible Voyage Dates. Eligible voyages are those non-charter, open, revenue voyages dates below:

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins. Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: The Sea View cabin to The Sea Terrace cabin. Sailors, or UK First Mates, are required to make an Eligible Booking directly into The Sea Terrace cabin to receive this offer. Base, Essential and Premium fare cabin bookings are eligible for this promotion.

3.2. Combinability. The Offer may only be combined with: 70% off second sailor, Pay In Full Discount, My Next Virgin Voyage Program.
This offer is not combinable with any other promotional offers, discounts, or credits. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time at Virgin Voyages' discretion. “Lock It In Rate” Guaranteed Bookings are not eligible.

4. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. Virgin Voyages reserve the right to modify this offer at any time.

70% Off 2nd Sailor Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer. Eligible Voyages, listed in Section 2, will get a certain percentage off a booking for the co-traveler(s) traveling with the primary Sailor. 1.1 Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller: Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide each Sailor in an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 for eligible cabins) a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fare. For example, when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an eligible cabin, both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 will each receive a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fares. Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 35% off their voyage fare.

2. Eligible Voyages Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local UK time on 29 May 2026 through 11:59:59 p.m. local UK time on 31 July 2026. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”70% Off 2nd Sailor” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View cabins and Solo Insider cabins.

3.2 Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs are excluded from this offer.

3.3 Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

4. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ booking and cancellation policies apply. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time per Virgin Voyages' discretion. Virgin Voyages reserve the right to modify this offer at any time with or without notice.

Up to $300 Onboard Credit Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Overview: These terms and conditions outline the July Promotional Sailor Loot Offer - Up to $300 Onboard Credit offer.

2. Eligibility / Caveats / Exclusions:

2.1 Virgin Voyages will provide a promotional onboard credit (Sailor Loot) offer of up to $300 USD per cabin on all new bookings purchased for an Eligible Voyage (as described in section 2.2 below) in an Eligible Cabin (as described in Section 2.3 below) between 12:01 a.m. local UK time on 10 July 2026 through 11:59 p.m. local UK time on 21 July 2026. When booking, the offer will automatically apply to an Eligible Voyage reservation.

2.2 Promotional Sailor Loot Amounts and Eligible Voyages:

2.2.3 Any unused Sailor Loot is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable to the Sailor at the end of the Eligible Voyage. The Sailor Loot is not transferable to another Sailor or voyage.

2.3 Eligible Cabins. This offer applies only to the following cabin categories:

(a) Rockstar Quarters Suite Meta cabins, which include:

2.5 Combinability. The July Promotional Sailor Loot Offer - Up to $300 Onboard Credit offer may only be combined with Balcony Upgrades Offer, 70% off second sailor              , Pay In Full Discount, My Next Virgin Voyage Program, Exclusive Loot Program, TLN Amenity Departure Dates Offer, and Groups programs (except for Incentive and Contract Circle programs). This offer is not combinable with any other promotional offers, discounts, or credits, including, but not limited to, Lock-It-In rates or reduced rate cabins. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time at Virgin Voyages' discretion.

2.6 Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) do not earn commission on the Promotional Sailor Loot value given to Sailors for this Offer.
