UK Free Balcony Upgrade Offer Terms and Conditions
1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “UK Free Balcony Upgrade” Offer. Qualified bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade from a “Sea View” to a “The Sea Terrace” cabin.
Bookings on Eligible Voyages (see Section 2) will receive a complimentary balcony upgrade. This will be operationalized as the Sea View and Sea Terrace cabins being priced the same. Sailors, or UK First Mates, are required to make an Eligible Booking directly into The Sea Terrace cabin to receive this offer.
Pricing & this Free Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer is subject to change and availability.
2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those booking a Sea Terrace cabin purchased 12:01 a.m. local UK time on 01 August 2026 through 4:59 a.m. local UK time on 01 September 2026, booked in GBP currency. All other currencies are excluded from this offer.
2.1. Eligible Voyage Dates. Eligible voyages are those non-charter, open, revenue voyages dates below:

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
3.1. Eligible Cabins. Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: The Sea View cabin to The Sea Terrace cabin. Sailors, or UK First Mates, are required to make an Eligible Booking directly into The Sea Terrace cabin to receive this offer. Base, Essential and Premium fare cabin bookings are eligible for this promotion.
3.2. Combinability. The Offer may only be combined with: 70% off second sailor, Pay In Full Discount, My Next Virgin Voyage Program.
This offer is not combinable with any other promotional offers, discounts, or credits. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time at Virgin Voyages' discretion. “Lock It In Rate” Guaranteed Bookings are not eligible.

1. Offer Overview: These terms and conditions outline the August Promotional Sailor Loot Offer - Up to $400 Onboard Credit offer.
2. Eligibility / Caveats / Exclusions:
2.1 Virgin Voyages will provide a promotional onboard credit (Sailor Loot) offer of up to $400 USD per cabin on all new bookings purchased for an Eligible Voyage (as described in section 2.2 below) in an Eligible Cabin (as described in Section 2.3 below) between 5:01 a.m. UK time on 20 August 2026 through 4:59 a.m. UK time on 27 August 2026. When booking, the offer will automatically apply to an Eligible Voyage reservation.
2.2 Promotional Sailor Loot Amounts and Eligible Voyages:

2.2.4 Any unused Sailor Loot is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable to the Sailor at the end of the Eligible Voyage. The Sailor Loot is not transferable to another Sailor or voyage.

2.5 Combinability. The August Promotional Sailor Loot Offer - Up to $400 Onboard
Credit offer may only be combined with (a) Balcony Upgrades Offer, (b) 70% off second
sailor (c) Pay In Full Discount, (d) My Next Virgin Voyage Program, (e) Groups programs (except for Incentive and Contract Circle programs), and (f). This offer is not combinable with any other promotional offers, discounts, or credits, including, but not limited to, Lock-It-In rates or reduced rate cabins. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time at Virgin Voyages' discretion.
2.6 Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) do not earn commission on the Promotional Sailor Loot value given to Sailors for this Offer.
