These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ UK Free Balcony Upgrade Offer and June Summer Offer.

Qualified bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade from a “Sea View” to a “The Sea Terrace” cabin.

• Bookings on Eligible Voyages (see Section 2) will receive a complimentary balcony upgrade, shown as the same price between the Sea View and Sea Terrace cabins.

• Pricing & this Free Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer is subject to change and availability.

This offer will be marketed as a “UK Free Balcony Upgrade”.

2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those booking a Sea Terrace cabin purchased between 12:01 a.m. GMT on 30 May 2025 through 11:59 p.m. GMT on 26 June 2025, booked in GBP currency. All other currencies are excluded from this offer. 

2.1. Eligible voyage dates.

Eligible voyages are those non-charter, open, revenue voyages dates below:

Resilient Lady: ● 8 June 2025 through 26 October 2025

Scarlet Lady: ● 12 June 2025 through 16 October 2025 ● 10 May 2026 through 24 June 2026 ● 2 August 2026 through 11 October 2026

Valiant Lady: ● 25 May 2026 through 21 June 2026 ● 5 August 2026 through 27 August 2026

3. Restrictions/Exclusions.

The Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins. Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: for Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, and Resilient Lady: The Sea View to Sea Terrace. Sailors are to make an Eligible Booking directly into a Sea Terrace cabin to receive this offer.

3.2. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits. The UK Free Balcony Upgrade is not combinable with any other previous offers, promotions, discounts, or credits.

2. Eligibility: Virgin Voyages will provide a Promotional Sailor Loot Credit of up to $300 USD per cabin on all new bookings purchased on an eligible voyage between 12:01 a.m. GMT on 30 May 2025 through 11:59 p.m. GMT on 26 June 2025. When booking, the offer will automatically apply to the reservation. 

2.1 Promotional Sailor Loot Amounts:

● $150 USD per cabin, for Sea Terrace Meta
● $300 USD per cabin, Rockstar Suite Meta

2.2. Eligible Cabins

1.2 Balcony Upgrade: Qualified bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade from a “Sea View” to a “Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony or Ltd View Sea Terrace” cabin, shown as the same price between the Sea View and Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony or Ltd View Sea Terrace cabin. Pricing and availability for the Balcony Upgrade Offer
are subject to change.

1.3 Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: Bookings in Sea View cabins will be upgraded to a Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony cabin or to a Ltd View Sea Terrace cabin.

2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m.GMT
on 30 May 2025 through 11:59 p.m. GMT on 28 August 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, revenue voyages.
