Important port update from Virgin Voyages

We’ve got some hot sip sip (that’s Bahamian slang for gossip).

On our 4-night “Fire and Sunset Soirées” sailings departing on October 6 and October 20, 2021 our stop in Key West will be replaced with the vibrant and sun-soaked Bahamian capital of Nassau. We’ll be reaching out to your Sailors booked on these, to share next steps.

Part of our brand ethos is to create an Epic Sea Change for All, and a pillar of this commitment is respecting the communities we visit and making a positive impact. We are actively working on a plan that suits the local Key West community as well as our Sailors and are hopeful that we'll host our Fire & Sunset Soirées from Key West soon.

In Nassau, your Sailors will explore off-the-beaten-path culinary and cultural connections (and rum distilleries), trek primeval forest, and dive or snorkel the azure waters around the island before refueling on cracked conch and rum punch at a fish fry.

Nassau may be the original Caribbean cruise port, but you can be sure that we’re ready to bring our Virgin flair to your Sailors’ time there.
